Licensed Therapist (Full-Time)

Kaleidoscope Counseling | Uptown Charlotte, NC

Kaleidoscope Counseling is a dynamic, group practice located in Uptown Charlotte. We provide holistic, client-centered counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. As we continue to expand, we’re excited to welcome a dedicated, fully licensed therapist in North Carolina to our team.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting clients in healing, growth, and self-discovery

  • Uses a flexible, integrative therapeutic approach

  • Is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and collaborative

  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a team-based practice

  • Has availability for some evenings and/or weekends

  • Is available 4 full days per week

Required Education & Experience

  • Active, unrestricted North Carolina clinical license

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in private practice or a clinical setting

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related human services field

  • Ability to work at least 30 hours per week

  • Compliance with CEU requirements to maintain licensure

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide accurate diagnoses

  • Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans

  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals and/or couples

  • Utilize evidence-based and ethically sound interventions

  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

What We Offer

  • A consistent stream of referrals with clients scheduled by our front office

  • Clinical supervision and consultation support (based on experience level)

  • $300 CEU allowance in your first year

  • Paid professional liability insurance

  • Paid Time Off: 10 days after 90 days of employment
