Lianna D'Orazio, LCSWA
Therapist
Lianna works with children and teens who are navigating self-esteem challenges, bullying, anxiety, or depression. She brings valuable experience from her work as a school counselor, where she supported students through divorce, peer challenges, and other major life transitions. She also enjoys working with adults who have experienced religious trauma or who are navigating challenging life transitions such as a breakup, moving to a new city, or switching careers.
As a trauma-informed therapist, Lianna is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and understood. She views therapy as a collaborative process and thoughtfully tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, helping them feel supported as they grow and heal.
Outside of the therapy room, Lianna enjoys spending time with friends and family, practicing self-care, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes. A Raleigh native, she lives with her husband and their energetic Jack Russell–Chihuahua mix, Lily.
